Job Description:
A company is looking for a Core Services Manager to lead and
inspire a team while delivering exceptional technology solutions to
credit unions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 10-12 core service specialists and oversee project
installations for credit unions
Collaborate with department managers to understand demand for
professional services and ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and prepare revenue
forecasts while managing staffing levels
Required Qualifications
Experience in service management or a related role is preferred
Knowledge of service management principles, processes, and best
practices is desirable
Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members
Ability to analyze situations and design effective strategies
Experience in managing resource assignments and recruitment as
needed
